This section is designed to provide basic information to residential utility customers throughout the State of Maryland. Through this section, you will be able to get information about your utility company and electric and gas retail suppliers in your area. We also tell you about the consumer protection rules that apply to utility services, complaint procedures and how to get access to assistance for utility bills. You can also get access to OPC publications and information on public hearings.
